Pierre Kitching

Director


Pierre Kitching completed his studies at The University of Port Elizabeth in 2000 and then commenced his articles of clerkship thereafter. Pierre Kitching soon established his own law firm on 1 April 2004 and his passion for law stems from a lineage of attorneys within his family that dates back to 1947. Along with being the Managing Director of PBK Attorneys, Pierre Kitching is a renowned specialist in Road Accident Fund, Medical Negligence and Personal Injury Claims and is highly experienced in the areas of High Court litigation and High Court Divorce matters.

Lise-Mari Marais

Associate / High Court litigation


Lise-Mari graduated from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2009 and admitted as an attorney in the High Court of the Republic of South Africa in 2011. Lise-Mari chose law as she feels it is intellectually challenging, emotionally rewarding and personally fulfilling. She also feels that law continuously improves her standard of thoughts, skills and knowledge. Lise-Mari is a specialist in Road Accident Fund and Divorce matters with an irrefutable wealth of knowledge, skill and experience in these specialist areas of law.

Kaylin Smith

Associate / High Court litigation


Kaylin Smith graduated from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2014 and admitted as an attorney in the High Court of the Republic of South Africa in 2016. Kaylin chose a career in law as it teaches her about rights, justice and the understanding of human behaviour in an open and democratic society based on human dignity, equality and freedom. Kaylin is a specialist Road Accident Fund attorney that rejoices in applying her expert skills and knowledge to conquer the humanitarian fight for seriously injured road accident victims.

Kelly Diane Benn

Associate / Conveyancer


Kelly Benn graduated from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2005 and admitted as an attorney in the High Court of the Republic of South Africa in 2011. Kelly was furthermore sworn in as a Conveyancer in the High Court in 2014 and attends to all property transfers and related professional services within the property industry. Kelly chose the field of law as it encompasses a career within a diverse and broad spectrum of specialised fields. Kelly is highly passionate about the opportunity to apply her expert skill and knowledge as a Property lawyer to navigate fellow human beings through a process which they find unfamiliar and stressful.
